Giannina Facio Plastic Surgery Nose Job, Cheek Implants and Chin Before and After

Giannina Facio nose job and cheek implants plastic surgery?
Meet Giannina Facio, a largely unknown Costa Rican actress, best recognized as the love interest of famed English film director and producer, Ridley Scott. In fact her entire American filmography consists of minor roles in Scott directed films.
We recently stumbled across a blog posting which suggested Ms. Facio has previously undergone plastic surgery procedures such as cheek implants and a nose job.

Giannina Facio is the girlfriend of director Ridley Scott. She has something of a resemblance to the Cat Lady, Jocelyn Wildenstein courtesy of various facial plastic surgeries (nose, chin, cheeks, etc).
Giannina Facio is an interesting woman. She’s a Costa Rican actress that’s been dating Academy Award winner Ridley Scott for the past decade. The interesting part though, is that most of her appearances in films like Gladiator and Black Hawk Down have been non-speaking or one-line cameos in films her boyfriend directs, and she’s often playing a character’s wife. It seems less like she plays roles, and more like Ridley pays tribute to her. Anyhow, rumor has Giannina Facio has messed with her facio (Zing! And yes, I know that my Spanish is wrong), by getting plastic surgeries, including both a nose job (rhinoplasty), and cheek implants. However, I have to disagree. There’s a shortage of “before” pictures, so unless I want to look up a twenty-five year old episode of Miami Vice, I’m going to stick to my gut. She has a very imperfect, finely aged look to her, and although she does have very high cheek bones and a nice nose, they both look too natural and too beautifully flawed to be fake. So draw your own conclusions folks, but it looks like Ginnina Facio is just a great looking older woman.

Giannina Facio had plastic surgery to improve her self image. The before & after pictures show that she had a nose job and cheek implants. Overall, were Giannina Facio's 2 cosmetic surgery procedures a good or bad idea?
