In the before photo, her breasts are smaller and closer together. In the after photo, they look like small baseballs with a sizeable gap in between. It does look like she has had some breast augmentation of dubious quality. The size of the breast implants are wrong for her frame. Perhaps middle age made her opt for the porn star sized augmentation.
